Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!

Yeah Happy Thanksgiving to all those fellow Canadians! As Ben and I crossed the border into the USA today, the border patrol asked us how much turkey we ate and soooo sad we said we had none. So Ben took me straight to subway! Ahhhh what a good husband!

Twins Reunited!

Ahhhh the time finally arrived.........it was 2008 and twins were reunited! Yes it is true. I think I heard angels and harps that day! Sam, Aubrey, Alex and Dillon packed their bags and spent the week with us. It was so much fun, we did so many things and we miss them sooooo much! Plus Nanny flew in for a few days to get her fix of the grand babies.

On our way up.....

Uncle Ben hang on to me!

Oswald West - Oregon Coast

Sailing out onto Lake Merwin. I think they had the lake all to themselves that day. I'm sure AJ was privy to some deep conversation among twins.

Hiking near Ape caves just minutes before we headed below ground.

I love this picture of my honey with Dillon!

I am so lucky to have such a great sister in law! I wish twins would reunite for good and we'd live closer together! I have a feeling that projects would get our of hand though. hahaha

Oneanta Falls

Yesterday we hiked up to this waterfall in the Columbia Gorge. We didn't think we'd get as wet as we did. The water was well over my waist and Abby had to use her mad doggy paddling skills. Not to mention we climbed over a ton of fallen tree trunks. Good thing I was with my trusty climbing guide Benny.

Lincoln City

We went to Lincoln City for the weekend and thought it was going to be nice and warm. But since it was so hot in the city the marine layer didn't burn off so we pretty much just saw fog. Ben didn't surf but tried to gain 10 pounds of water weight, plus it was too chilly to lay on the beach and tan soooooo of course he twisted my arm and we headed straight for the outlets! Yes! We did however fly our cool kite and Ben started to dig to China....I think he wanted to go to the Olympics.
